Technical Implementation Lead
Lead technical delivery across complex enterprise implementations, ensuring engineering execution stays aligned with architecture, scope, and client expectations.
Quix is looking for a Technical Implementation Lead to bridge the gap between solution design and production delivery. This role is for someone who can hold both the technical detail and the delivery coordination — understanding what needs to be built, guiding the team building it, managing implementation risk, and communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical delivery across multi-stream enterprise implementation projects from initiation through production handoff.
- Translate architecture designs and solution briefs into engineering work structures, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and technical blockers — and drive resolution systematically.
- Coordinate across engineering, cloud, integration, and data workstreams to maintain delivery coherence.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client delivery stakeholders during implementation.
- Conduct implementation reviews, technical QA, and production readiness assessments.
- Produce implementation documentation: integration specs, runbooks, handoff packages, and post-delivery notes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading technical delivery on complex enterprise implementation or integration projects.
- Sufficient technical depth to understand and validate engineering decisions across the full delivery stack.
- Strong delivery coordination skills: milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk escalation.
- Ability to communicate technical status and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort holding accountability for delivery quality without needing direct management authority over all contributors.
- Structured documentation habits and delivery discipline suited to enterprise client environments.
Nice to Have
- Project management certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent delivery framework experience.
- Experience delivering in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries.
- Background in both implementation and post-implementation support transitions.
Technical implementation leadership is what turns well-designed solutions into working production systems. The difference between an implementation that goes smoothly and one that drifts into overrun and rework is often the quality of technical coordination and delivery discipline applied throughout.
